Bilingual Customer Management Coordinator - Guelph, ON

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Management and Sales Applications, you will be responsible for:

·         Process customer applications, eShop registrations and account changes within 12 hours

·         Provide eShop account support to sales representatives and customers

·         Support and collaborate with sales representatives and internal departments via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams

·         Verify and modify customer data to ensure database is accurate and up to date

·         Maintain a positive and effective relationship with the sales management and sales force

·         Process account closures and inter-channel transfer approvals

·         Perform check-in and check-up talks

·         Generate, maintain, and evaluate reports and procedures associated with customer development

·         Identify and distribute customer leads for sales force by utilizing industry database and business directories

·         Prepare in-depth analysis regarding New, Reactivated, Lost, Active, and Alarm Customers, and their development trends

·         Complete project assignments including internal and external correspondence

·         Complete monthly customer compliance screening

 

What YOU will bring to this role:

·         Fully bilingual (French/English) is required - verbal and written

·         College or University Education in business or a related field

·         1-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role an asset

·         Proficient in MS Office applications (intermediate level for excel)

·         Experience working directly with ERPs ideally Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is an asset.

·         Strong data management skills.

·         Self-starter who can perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  

·         Effective in managing priorities and working time.  

·         Strong cross-functional collaborator who can create authentic relationships with colleagues.  

·         Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.  

·         Keen self-awareness and alignment with a workplace culture that is built on humanistic values and continuous improvement.   

·         Adept and interested in understanding business needs and working to achieve the company’s vision and goals. 

·         Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
