Reporting to the Bilingual Supervisor Customer Experience Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting customers place their orders while upselling/cross selling where possible
- Reviewing customer requests (phone/chat/email), analyze and provide necessary resolution
- Supporting customers with all their requests in collaboration with stakeholders when necessary (Logistics, Quality, Credit etc.)
- Working closely with direct Manager and all team members on collaboration, engagement, best practices, SOPs e
· What YOU will bring to this role:
- Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory - verbal and written
- Ability to Multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills in task management
- Effective communication and customer management skill
- Ability to remain objective in stressful situations
- Past experience in customer service and sales (ideally in a telesales environment)
- Fully proficient in other Microsoft Office suite (outlook, word, Powerpoint etc.)
